📦 Shipping Policy – Treasure Sphere

At Treasure Sphere, we carefully ship our curated vintage and collectible items from Thailand to selected international destinations. Please review the shipping policy below before placing your order.

Shipping availability to certain destinations may be limited due to local regulations, courier restrictions, or system limitations. Eligible destinations and products will be displayed at checkout.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Processing Time

All orders are shipped from Thailand via Thailand Post.

Order processing time:
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Domestic (Thailand):
Shipped via EMS (Thailand Post)
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

International shipping:
Most international orders are shipped using Thailand Post E-Packet with tracking.

Estimated International Delivery Time (after dispatch):

  • Europe: approximately 10–20 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: approximately 7–15 business days

  • United States & Canada: approximately 10–20 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, destination country regulations, or unforeseen logistics delays beyond our control.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes or cancellations can no longer be made.

💰 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout

  • Rates are based on:

    • Total shipment weight

    • Destination country

  • For multiple-item orders, shipping is calculated using the combined shipment weight according to our shipping settings

The final shipping cost will always be shown before order confirmation.

🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs taxes, or handling fees, depending on the destination country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in item prices or shipping fees

  • All customs-related charges are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Treasure Sphere is unable to predict or reimburse these fees

All shipments are sent on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country.

📍 Tracking & Liability

All international shipments include tracking, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

While tracking is provided, Treasure Sphere is not responsible for loss or damage occurring after dispatch. Any shipping-related issues must be reported within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

📫 Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the buyer

  • Unclaimed delivery or failure to collect the package

  • Refusal to pay import duties, VAT, or other required customs fees

The buyer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees incurred.

Packages returned to sender without prior communication or authorization may not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us before taking any action regarding returned shipments.

ℹ️ Additional Information

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Thai public holidays

  • We are unable to ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or returns
