Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unaltered, unworn (beyond trying on), and without additional damage.

Most of our products are vintage or pre-owned and may not include original tags or packaging, which are not required for a return. However, if the item was described as including original tags, box, or packaging, those must also be returned in the same condition.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Start a Return

Returns must be requested and approved before sending any items.
Returns sent without prior contact and approval will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at the buyer’s own expense.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or a prior agreement has been made.

We do not provide refunds for return shipping fees.

Returns resulting from refusal to pay import duties, VAT, or other required customs fees are not considered standard returns and may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received — unaltered, unworn, and without additional damage. Original tags or packaging are only required if they were included in the original listing. Proof of purchase is required.

Return shipping costs and any customs-related charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
